The Intel® Industrial IoT Workshop is an introduction to the concepts and formal architectures of Industry 4.0.  The workshop is divided into modules.

Each Module contains a lecture and a hands-on lab exercise that builds towards a model of an Industrial IoT infrastructure based on a formalized architecture.

Daniel Holmlund’s interests range from the server and mobile applications to computer security and the Internet of Things (IoT).His work in developing mobile software solutions includes HTML5 and Android*. In his role as a software engineer at Intel, he helps developers worldwide take full advantage of Intel® software and hardware capabilities. Daniel is exploring the potential of a connected planet, high-availability systems, and artificial intelligence. Daniel is an experienced Software Engineer with a demonstrated history of working in the semiconductors industry. He has more than 15 years of experience in Embedded Software, Device Drivers, Python, Perl, and C++.

Raghavendra Ural is a developer evangelist based in India. He focuses on the Internet of Things (IoT) and has automated many of his home systems for connectivity. He enjoys meeting people, sharing knowledge, understanding technical challenges, and providing solutions. Raghavendra is working in the industry for past 15 years. During this period he worked on various client-server and enterprise technologies. Currently, as IoT evangelist for Intel, he been helping developers/makers and enterprises to build IoT, robotic and drone solutions based on Intel IoT products across APJ and PRC. Raghavendra also gave many tech talks as the evangelist in many forums, conferences, and workshops on IoT and other Intel-based technologies.
