Deepak is the technical mastermind at Future Foundry – a company which he cofounded to upskill core engineers. Future Foundry helps progressive businesses adopt emerging technologies through CXO roundtables, deep dive training, labs and in-house project consultancy in the space of IoT, Big Data, Blockchain, AI and Drones. In a short span of 1.5 years, Future Foundry has designed solutions that have impacted more than a thousand decision makers and practicing engineers of large conglomerates like L&T. Prior to Future Foundry, Deepak worked with Jaguar Landrover (UK) as a product development engineer where he designed electrical networks and ECU integration for Jaguar F-type and the new Range Rover Sport. Before JLR, he worked as an Automation Engineer at Siemens, India for 3 years. On assignment from Siemens, he worked on various application development projects in printing, food packaging, plastic manufacturing and textile industries. When he is not working, he loves to reverse-engineer home appliances or review latest cars.
Aneesha is the Chief Futurist and cofounder at Future Foundry – a start-up to upskill core engineers on emerging technologies. Future Foundry helps progressive businesses adopt emerging technologies through CXO roundtables, deep dive training, labs and in-house project consultancy in the space of IoT, Big Data, Blockchain, AI and Drones. Aneesha and her team have aimed really high in their vision and it is usually challenging to translate such lofty visions into actionable business plans. However, with her exceptional business acumen, they have designed solutions that have already impacted more than a thousand decision makers and practicing engineers of large conglomerates like L&T in a short span of 1.5 years. Prior to Future Foundry, Aneesha worked with J P Morgan as an investment banker. She holds an MBA from Jamnalal Bajaj and is a fellow at Startup Leadership Program. When she is not dreaming about business expansion, Aneesha loves to roam around Crawford market looking for rare ethnic weaves.
